This piece of freestyle movement was recorded in the first wave of national lockdown in the UK due to the 'global pandemic'.

As a celebration of International Dance Day, an absolute LOVE of Mooving & Grooving, and a purposeful disregard for authoritarian control, myself and my best gal pal Laura cycled to our fave spot on a graffiti filled cycle path in Manchester, to film this video.

There is nothing social about distance.
